Managing payment methods

You need to add your credit card information to your account in order to use the card to pay for a Shippable subscription. Please note that you do not need a credit card for free subscriptions.

Viewing available cards

  • Sign in to Shippable
  • Click on the gear icon at the right of your top navigation bar to open Account Settings
  • Click on Cards in the left sidebar menu. This will show you a list of cards already available to your account.

Adding a card

  • Sign in to Shippable
  • Click on the gear icon at the right of your top navigation bar to open Account Settings
  • Click on Cards in the left sidebar menu. This will show you a list of cards already available to your account.
  • Click on the Add Card button to add a new card and follow instructions to save the card to your account.

You will not be charged until you use a card to upgrade a subscription.

Removing a card

  • Sign in to Shippable
  • Click on the gear icon at the right of your top navigation bar to open Account Settings
  • Click on Cards in the left sidebar menu. This will show you a list of cards already available to your account.
  • Click the Delete button for the card you wish to remove from your account. Click the Yes button on the confirmation window.
