Managing payment methods

The easiest way to pay for a Subscription upgrade is to use a credit card, since this is available through your Shippable UI. We do not store your credit card information since we use a third-party payment provider to manage billing.

If you need to pay through monthly or annual invoices using ACH or other mechanisms, please reach out to us at support@shippable.com. Please note that the Billing page of your UI might not reflect the right billing amount if you choose this route.

If you're paying with a credit card, read the sections below to learn how to add/remove cards.

Viewing available cards

Go to Account profile

  • Go to the Credit Cards section to view a list of cards already added to your account. You can use any of these cards to upgrade a subscription

  • Go to the Credit Cards section to view a list of cards already added to your account. You can click on the + icon at the right to add a new card.

  • Enter card details and Save the card to your account. You will not be charged until you use a card to upgrade a subscription.

Removing a card

Go to Account profile

  • Go to the Credit Cards section to view a list of cards already added to your account. You can click on the + icon at the right to add a new card.

  • Click on the Last 4 digits of the card you want to delete. You can then click the Delete button and click Yes on the confirmation dialog to delete the card. .

Please note that if you are currently paying for a Subscription using this card, you will not be able to delete it. You will need to change the card on the dependent subscription(s) or downgrade in order to delete the card from your account.
